La higiene....el trato del personal en algunas ocasiones fue deficiente....
A bunch of people showed up at the same time to check in and the young lady at the front desk did an awesome job during a stressful time. I enjoyed the pool and the rooftop lounge. LOUIS came by and checked the PH of the water and we had a very nice conversation. He told me that I should check out the rooftop after dark, and I wasn't disappointed. The bed was very comfortable.

The only complaint was that the shower drain was plugged; we notified management
The best part of our stay was meeting Wallace who greeted us when we arrived! The rest of the staff was not as friendly as him but couldn't say they were "mean" by any means, either.
