We appreciated the central location. We really enjoyed the food and entertainment at the restaurant. This was a highlight of our trip. There were some common spaces where we could visit with friends.

We wanted to make a change in shortening our stay by one night, but they were not able to accomodate this request. Our room was quite warm despite the air conditioning, but they were able to provide a fan in addition to the air conditioning.

The hotel was very attractively decorated in a winter chalet theme. The restaurant was particularly beautiful and the all staff were cheerful, helpful and friendly. It was centrally located, a short walk to all attractions. We really enjoyed our nights stay here.

Úžasná byla poloha hotelu kousek od jezera. Vybavení hotelu je krásné a čisté. Personál nápomocen a příjemný.

Ve výtahu byl cítit zápach asi z kuchyně. Také nás prekvapila nemožnost zaparkovat u hotelu. Byl nám doporučen parkovací dům asi 600m od hotelu.
