The hotel was very attractively decorated in a winter chalet theme. The restaurant was particularly beautiful and the all staff were cheerful, helpful and friendly. It was centrally located, a short walk to all attractions. We really enjoyed our nights stay here.

There was a smell in the elevator, probably from the kitchen. We were also surprised by the impossibility to park at the hotel. We were recommended a parking garage about 600m from the hotel.
The staff were highly professional, friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean with good quality toiletries. The location was superb, a short walk to the town centre, around the beautiful lake.
