Opiniones de los huéspedes

• Cleanliness9.0

Frequently described as very clean and practical across reviews (e.g., 'Чисто', 'A clean, practical...'); a few minor maintenance mentions (flickering LED, older bathroom) but overall cleanliness is praised.

• Service8.4

Staff are often called exceptionally friendly and helpful in multiple reviews, though there are isolated negative check-in experiences—overall service sentiment is positive.

• Location7.8

Convenient for the airport and near public transport for some guests, but several comments note an isolated/business area location, limited street parking, and occasional odors or train noise.

• Room Quality7.9

Rooms are regularly described as spacious, comfortable and well air-conditioned, with good beds; however, guests reported issues like older bathrooms, flickering lights, lack of in-room fridge/safe, flat pillows and occasional noise.

• Amenities7.5

Basic amenities like air conditioning and a bar are present and useful, but several guests mention missing in-room amenities (no fridge, no safe) and paid or limited parking availability.

• Value for Money9.0

Repeatedly praised as offering very good price-performance; multiple reviews explicitly state excellent value for the price.

• Food and Beverage8.6

Breakfast is commonly described as varied, rich and well cared for, though a few guests noted limited choice for the price.

• Overall Experience9.0

Generally positive experience: clean, practical and ideal for short stays or one-night stopovers with many repeat guests; downsides (parking, occasional noise, isolated location, isolated check-in issues) do not outweigh the overall favorable impressions.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bar area has a great ambiance about it! Right across the street from the shopping centre the location was brilliant. Not a single complaint. Will definitely be returning next time in Manchester.

Premier Inn provides what you would expect but there is less staff interaction when booking in, I used the self service check in as I felt I was being heavily prompted in that direction from the emails/msgs I received beforehand and there wasn't any staff in the reception area when I arrived. Apart from ordering drinks and a few nibbles in the evening my staff interaction would have been minimal, the bar staff were good. I only ordered a few small plates as I know from experience the food is very much a frozen/fried menu. I did have a very big niggle though, wifi, Premier Inn have deemed it ok to provide a weaker intermittent wifi in the hope you will pay an extra five pounds for the ultimate wifi, for ninety five pounds I expect a decent wifi connection.
