Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bar area has a great ambiance about it! Right across the street from the shopping centre the location was brilliant. Not a single complaint. Will definitely be returning next time in Manchester.

Very attentive service from Sam, helpful with choice of menu and drinks. Nice atmosphere and table was cleared in good time and drinks were replenished as soon as needed. Overall a very pleasant evening with great service, many thanks for looking after us so well Sam!

Premier Inn provides what you would expect but there is less staff interaction when booking in, I used the self service check in as I felt I was being heavily prompted in that direction from the emails/msgs I received beforehand and there wasn't any staff in the reception area when I arrived. Apart from ordering drinks and a few nibbles in the evening my staff interaction would have been minimal, the bar staff were good. I only ordered a few small plates as I know from experience the food is very much a frozen/fried menu. I did have a very big niggle though, wifi, Premier Inn have deemed it ok to provide a weaker intermittent wifi in the hope you will pay an extra five pounds for the ultimate wifi, for ninety five pounds I expect a decent wifi connection.
