Fantastic stay – worth every penny! We had a wonderful stay at the Eden Star Hotel. We were visiting to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the hotel made it feel extra special with a lovely birthday message and an unexpected room upgrade. The room was amazing – spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were also very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent for exploring the city. What really stood out were the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and felt it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Eden Star Hotel!

During our stay, ongoing maintenance activities on-site resulted in some disturbance from noise.

Personal muy atento, pero el hotel está muy viejo y eso lo deberían decir en la web. Lo están empezando a renovar ahora. Como íbamos a estar 4 noches les pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y lo hicieron sin problema. El personal del hotel 10 de 10.

The breakfast buffet was good, and overall the stay was pleasant. The hotel was comfortable and the location was convenient.

The staff did not always seem very friendly or welcoming. There was also construction noise every morning from around 7:40 am, and noise from people talking in the corridor could be heard clearly from the room.
