The location was excellent, so easy to reach all the highlights of HCM. Staff were lovely. Beds were extremely comfortable.

There was an extendable shower over a bath, which was a bit of a surprise, Breakfast was nice but hot options often more warm than hot.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms. The rooftop pool and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable.

The noise from renovation works from 8 am to 4:30 pm, every day. We asked for a quieter room but it was not possible. As compensation, they offered us a transfer to the airport at their expense.

I like the location of this hotel as you can walk to many places. The room was large. The outdoor rooftop pool is very nice. When I told the staff we needed to check out at 0200 for a flight they offered to ensure we got a take away breakfast, which they delivered to us.

There is currently renovations going on. We only stayed two days and flexible times to sleep was important to us, so when a hammer drill started on the walls at 0800 and continued for much of the day, our rest was destroyed. There was a letter in the room apologising, but had we been told in advance we would have stayed elsewhere. I stayed here back in 2023 and it was all very nice. But feels a little aged....but I guess that is why they are renovating.
