Great location, clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue was that during the booking process, the room was advertised as having a street view, but we were given a room overlooking the inner courtyard instead. However, this was not a problem for us, as the room was very quiet and there was no outside noise disturbing us. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay

Особенно понравилось расположение - отель находится в самом центре, в шаговой доступности от улицы Ванфуцзин и ключевых достопримечательностей. Номер просторный, комфортный и отлично оснащен всем необходимым для проживания. Убирались очень качественно и ежедневно. Сотрудники клининга всегда приветливые, внимательные и доброжелательные. Из окна открывался отличный вид на город. Кровать удобная, а шумоизоляция позволяет отлично выспаться. Кондиционер настроен хорошо и не дует на кровать, для меня это важно). Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, хороший выбор блюд. Персонал отеля на высоте - на рецепции говорят по-английски, помогли с решением вопросов. На всех этапах пребывания мы встречали внимательное, доброжелательное и профессиональное отношение, благодаря чему создаётся действительно комфортная атмосфера. Отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и можем смело рекомендовать его для проживания в Пекине!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Even though some of them didn’t speak much English, they always did their best to communicate and assist us. We really appreciated their kindness and effort.

There was sometimes a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor, which was unpleasant. Breakfast had a good variety, but after staying for more than three nights, it became a little repetitive for us, as most of the variety was focused on Chinese-style breakfast options.

On arrival this hotel requested an amount of 10000 yuan as a hold on my credit card, the total amount of my booking was around 6600 yuan. I found this totally unacceptable and it certainly adversely affected my view of the hotel.

Excellent location. A couple of minutes walk to pedestrian street, supermarket just round the corner. Room was perfect and very comfortable. Team members I had dealings with were really good from checking in to checking out. Room wasn’t ready on arrival, waited about an hour but was compensated with 2 free breakfasts.
