quite an austere atmosphere to the property, I believe some people stay longer term there as opposed to short stays. Giving it an apartment block feel as opposed to a tourist hotel venue.

Not very clean in the room, the sofa and carpet on the floor are in dirty spots, everything is dusty. The room has a balcony, but the door is locked, the windows do not open. There is a certain smell in the hotel, quite intrusive, not very pleasant. Overall, the hotel seems a bit tired. The reception staff were quite cold, miscalculated on check-out. Really liked the guy in the restaurant at breakfast, very attentive and friendly. The hotel has a pool and gym, free for guests, we did not use.
