Convenient transportation

The room was spacious during the first stay (5F), but much smaller during the second stay at the same price level (3F). Although I immediately reported it, they only responded that the hotel was fully booked and couldn't change rooms. The next day during breakfast, I asked at the front desk if it was possible to pre-book a room number. A young male staff member had a very poor attitude and disdainfully replied that if I wanted a more spacious room, I should book a four-person room... At that moment, I pointed out his poor service attitude, and only then did the staff member apologize... This is the worst service attitude I have experienced in a hotel.

The location is very convenient, right next to the MRT and bus station. Just across the street is Yongkang Street!!!!

The only small drawback is that we stayed in the first room near the elevator, and the soundproofing is slightly worse!
