Convenient transportation

The room was spacious during the first stay (5F), but much smaller during the second stay at the same price level (3F). Although I immediately raised the issue, the response was that the hotel was fully booked and unable to change rooms. The next day, during breakfast, I inquired at the front desk about the possibility of pre-booking a room number. A young male staff member had a very poor attitude and replied disdainfully, saying that staying in a four-person room would be more spacious... At that moment, I pointed out his poor service attitude, and only then did the staff member apologize... This was the worst service attitude I have ever encountered at a hotel.

The location is very convenient, right next to the MRT and bus station. Just across the street is Yongkang Street!!!!

The only small drawback is that we happened to stay in the first room near the elevator, and the soundproofing is slightly poor!
