From the second you arrive, you're greeted with a smile. The security staff is nice and made me feel safe. The reception staff are all very welcoming and all overall staff were great! The room is very comfortable and is just like the pictures. The bed was amazing, very comfy pillows and sheets. The upstairs restaurant, pool, and spa area was very nice.

The pool was not clean. The water was somewhat murky, and the pump, filters, and fountains weren't on. And although there is a bar in the hotel, and I asked if beers could be served by the pool, when I went to the pool area they said it wasn't allowed. So, my idea of an afternoon by the pool with a beer after walking the whole day through Old Dhaka was not possible.

Hay hoteles mucho mejores por el mismo precio , no te conformes con este. A pesar de ser un 4* , se ve cansado viejo y sucio, más como un 3*. Tuve que llamar la atención por la mala limpieza de las habitaciones, debajo de la cama encontré polvo de varias semanas , pañuelos, plásticos….. los pasillos siempre Sucios con pisadas en la alfombra por las obras, personal del buffet desayuno Con buen uniforme pero mala higiene personal y olores,
