Schlissen um 23 Uhrzeit nicht gut
Buchungssystem schlecht erkennbar wie Zimmertyp, bei Fehlauswahl keine Kulanz trotz bereits erfolgter mehrfacher Buchungen in diesem Hostel.

The receptionists were super friendly, kind and helpful when needing assistance or having a question. The rooms were great, comfortable and clean. Also, the breakfast exceeded my expectations

The location. I would have prefered it to be closer to the center of the city, however it's not a major flaw, it is very accessible by public transportation.
