Buchungssystem schlecht erkennbar wie Zimmertyp, bei Fehlauswahl keine Kulanz trotz bereits erfolgter mehrfacher Buchungen in diesem Hostel.

The location. I would have prefered it to be closer to the center of the city, however it's not a major flaw, it is very accessible by public transportation.
