Exceptional service from all staff and especially Mr Uy Soksom. the Manager. We were a family group of 12 in Siem Reap for 4 -5 days following our son's Cambodian wedding and Mr Soksom went out of his way to make our stay special. This included suggesting a gorgeous room for our son and his wife and decorating the room. Mr Soksom also arranged a great tour for us to the Angkor Wat temples and was very proactive in making other suggestions. We also really liked the upstairs bar and restaurant (we were there nearly every day). the riverside location, the pool and the breakfast. I have travelled extensively and would rate the hotel as one of the best I have stayed at. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back!

Great location in central Siem Reap but very little city noise. The outside swimming pool is particularly peaceful. The service is the best we have had on our multi-country trip but it was excellent everywhere we went in Cambodia

Staff at hotel very efficient and friendly Particularly Chenlen at the reception who was very proactive and did a smooth check-in. We upgraded our selves from the double garden view room to the Junior suite as it looked better Spa is worth checking out and Tin is recommended. Rooftop dining terrace is nice. Hotel is walking distance to night markets and Pub street.

The mattress was a bit hard and pillows could have been better. Need better lighting in the bathroom as it doesn't have enough lighting to shave and no shaving mirror.
