Staff at hotel very efficient and friendly Particularly Chenlen at the reception who was very proactive and did a smooth check-in. We upgraded our selves from the double garden view room to the Junior suite as it looked better Spa is worth checking out and Tin is recommended. Rooftop dining terrace is nice. Hotel is walking distance to night markets and Pub street.

The mattress was a bit hard and pillows could have been better. Need better lighting in the bathroom as it doesn't have enough lighting to shave and no shaving mirror.

Great location in central Siem Reap but very little city noise. The outside swimming pool is particularly peaceful. The service is the best we have had on our multi-country trip but it was excellent everywhere we went in Cambodia

We love Lynnaya Resort and now stay here every year. We have stayed in many hotels in Siem Reap over the years but this is the firm favourite. It is incredibly stylish and authentic in design / the staff are superb - they cannot do enough for you - and it always feels like coming home. Breakfasts are abundant and delicious with local specialties offered/ home made yoghurt and an excellent egg / noodle stand. The grounds are lush and the pool superb and private - overhung at one end by an amazing banyan tree. The on-site spa is lovely. The rooms are extremely comfortable and quiet and the location is excellent - walk to the Palace / old market / many restaurants close by. Highly recommended!

It is perfect as it is!

Location was perfect - near the river but close access to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Breakfast and restaurant on-site were great! The pool was terrific, partly shaded by overhanging trees and very peaceful. The staff are absolutely delightful, always greeting us with a smile and willing to assist with any questions we had.

Would have been good to have two key-cards issued per room. Not a deal breaker but did require a bit of juggling at times if people were going in different directions and not necessarily returning at the same time.
