The location

I arrived late after more than 14 hours of travelling, thinking that I had made a good decision by booking at this hotel. Unfortunately, it was the worst. Once I entered the room, I smelled a very bad smell mixed with the smell of smoke. I immediately opened the AC, which was not working!! I checked the bathroom, and it was dirty, and there were drops of urine on the already dirty toilet seat!! The bed sheets were also dirty and dusty, which I had to call the reception to inform them about these things and requested to change the room. The guy at the reception said that he will fix this and sent two persons who acted they came to solve this nightmare. One of them cleaned the toilet seat and the other said the AC is good and dose not need any fixing!! The worst part is when they brought new dirtier and smelly sheets to replace the ones that was already there saying that these are being washed outside the hotel!! I couldn't believe the level of disrespect they treated me with. I had to pack my bags and asked to cancel the reservation and already reserved another hotel. The guy at the reception said there is no cancelation until next morning and offered a room in different floor saying that I've to pay them the same amount that I paid for booking and an extra percentage because its a bigger room. Somehow, the new "bigger room" was cheaper than the amount I paid for Booking! and I even showed the guy the price I paid on Booking. He said, "we don't get that much of money for our room" however, I tried to explain to the guy that If I even decided to agree why should I pay the same amount again?? Instead, only paying the difference. His answer was, because Booking won't pay them immediately and they have to wait. I left the hotel, and requested a free cancelation, he didn't reply to the request and the next day Booking told me that they are going to charge me the night I didn't even stay on which they awfully did.

La chambre était vétuste et sale les draps avaient des taches « propres ». La chambre n avait pas vu un chiffon de poussière depuis longtemps….Sol pas vraiment propre. La salle de bain était vraiment très sale des traces de projections sur les carreaux….paroi de douche beurk! Le miroir en décomposition avec des traces noires partout!!!! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, les photos sur le site doivent correspondre aux chambres rénovées ….pas de chance pour nous Nous venions d îles où il n y avait pas d eau courante, ben c était mieux que cette chambre !!

La habitacion no estaba limpia. Las sabanas sucias. El baño tambien. Hicimos el checkin a las 21:00, por falta de tiempo no fue. Tuvimos que esperar que hiciesen la habitacion 2 veces, porque la primera, tampoco trajeron las sabanas limpias. Dejo unas fotos como prueba. Las toallitas humedas, son de limpiar las mesillas de noche, nosotros. Y encima, el personal de noche no hablaba bien ingles, impidiendo una comunicacion fluida. The room wasn't clean. The sheets were dirty, and so was the bathroom. We checked in at 9:00 PM, but the room wasn't ready. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned twice because, the first time, they didn't bring clean sheets either. I’m attaching photos as proof.We use wet wipes to clean the nightstands. On top of that, the night staff didn't speak English well, making smooth communication impossible.
