House keeping was terrible. Room was bedbug infested and the staff seems to be comfortable with it. The porter just picked the bedbug with his hands and said sorry and no other plan was made. Loud music played till 3am - I couldn’t get the rest I needed for the night. I booked standard double room on booking.com but my room was downgraded to Deluxe with hotel staff explaining they had to do o to cover for charges booking.com will give them. Meanwhile, booking.com showed I was actually saving on the standard room but I got deluxe room that was way less than what I paid. Terrible explanation

Breakfast was not impressive. There was no electric iron to smoothen our clothes, we had to pay for each cloth to be ironed. Parking space was small, it was managed efficiently.
The security guys were nicer than the hotel staff. The breakfast was fair. The lift was working. The reception area was presentable.... so much for a hotel in VI...

It was noisy, I couldn't rest. Some of the kitchen staff were bitchy for no reason. The room was small. The bathroom is not very clean. The deluxe room looks more like a single room yet is expensive. I will not recommend it.

Loud music from neighboring club until 2am accompanied by noises from above room made sleeping difficult. Compact room with little space to move. Poor WiFi connectivity in the room.
