It was noisy, I couldn't rest. Some of the kitchen staff were bitchy for no reason. The room was small. The bathroom is not very clean. The deluxe room looks more like a single room yet is expensive. I will not recommend it.

Loud music from neighboring club until 2am accompanied by noises from above room made sleeping difficult. Compact room with little space to move. Poor WiFi connectivity in the room.

One of the staff called Blessing was rude as hell and arrogant. She does not have customers service experience at all. When I requested for her manager, she refused and stated, "I am the manager" The security guides were nice. They informed me that the lady at the counter during the morning I left the hotel was not the manger.
