Too noisey in the bistro on a Saturday night with live music , isn’t good for kids to stay

The rooms were kept very clean by the two ladies, very friendly and helpful. Also, the lady in reception AMY also very helpful . The people that work at the accommodation side of the hotel obviously enjoy their work. also, down in the bar and restaurant areas good food and bar service

MY room number 19 was above the outdoor smoker's section of the gambling room it was quite noises at times

no soap in showers, people going through my room, room stunk

There was no shower gel in the bathroom for the 5 days of my stay. I had to buy and it went missing when I forgot it in the shower then I bought another one
