The size of the kitchen, the speed of the wifi, the comfort of the bed. The kitchen is very well equipped though some things (like meat and bread knives and chairs) are somewhat hidden in a narrow cupboard, which we only noticed before we had to leave. But they are there and that is the key thing.

There is no blackout blind in the kitchen and since there is no door between the (relatively small) bedroom and the kitchen, the light woke us up early. There is a rail for the blackout blind in the kitchen too (which is perfect in the bedroom) so it is only a question of putting it up :)

The hotel wasn't ready for us at check-in time and made us wait an hour in the lobby for our room to be finished (we were though offered coffee while we waited). We noticed this is a recurring issue, with other guests waiting in the lobby for their rooms every afternoon. We were assigned a basement apartment (level -1), but staff reassured us it was actually a great option because it would at least be quiet. In reality, both rooms had thin, sealed-off old street doors that let in all the noise and air from the street. On top of that, the whole apartment was rather dark and gloomy (at least the indoor lighting was ok). As for the cleanliness, the sofa and its cushions were stained, the dishwasher smelled musty, and the shower drained poorly. Above all, the listing photos are misleading: the "stovetop" in the kitchen area is a fake plastic replica, and the staged stock photos of breakfast falsely suggest a gourmet meal, whereas in reality, it was only defrosted croissants, milk and cereal, oatmeal, and dried fruit. Unfortunately, I feel scammed in this regard.

As in a wheelchair was a little difficult getting in and out with the help of a lovely man, staff member he sorted a ramp out side back made it easier but the lack of dropped curbs & cobbles made it very uncomfortable. Also no raised toilet frame or shower chair wasn't too great. Lack of tea, coffee, toilet roll not put into room each day, having to ask for it. Understand no daily room service or any room service for the week there. I
