The breakfast was of poor quality, almost nothing fresh, only packaged items. Do not book with breakfast. The room, although it has space for a kitchen, essentially you can't cook anything. It doesn't have stoves, not even a small pot.
The size of the rooms was great for a family of 4 adults. The location superb to walk around Edinburgh center. It was clean but not spotless.

Availability of a kitchen table and a couple of chairs. Maybe there was an extra table under the desk, which we didn't try to move as a wheel was missing. Still, having 2 chairs would help. Not enough space for opening the luggages or clothes of 4 people. Breakfast too basic.
