Elevator broken for duration of stay. Had to go around top and bottom to get to my room. Annoying.

The perfect place to experience the old French quarter... A walk away from the bigger city stuff, but right in the middle of the culture of New Orleans. Loved the pool. Loved the apartments. Loved the location. It is SO quiet in the rooms. Highly recommend.

The location is the strongest selling point. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk from the hotel. We spent several evenings at the Mahogany Jazz Bar next door. They don't have a restaurant, but offered Sunday brunch and Tuesday dinner free. Staff was very friendly.

The place is big enough that it was easy to get lost.

The rooms are quite dated but very large and spacious. Location is great. Most of the front desk staff is nice.

We stayed here for a week here and it was too long. There is no house keeping, we were only able to get our towels changed. There were cockroaches everywhere, including dead ones in the hallways and elevator, and we had several live ones in our room. They did come to spray when we complained but it was still pretty gross. The pool and gym are too small to really be of use.

Location is great and the rate was reasonable for the weekend.

The staff wasn't very helpful. There was no extra roll out bed. Most check out times in Nola are at least 11 if not 12. This checkout was a hard 1000 hours.
