The location is the strongest selling point. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk from the hotel. We spent several evenings at the Mahogany Jazz Bar next door. They don't have a restaurant, but offered Sunday brunch and Tuesday dinner free. Staff was very friendly.

The place is big enough that it was easy to get lost.
Spacious, well-equipped, and clean room. The location is ideal and the valet service is just a few steps away at a reasonable and very convenient rate. The staff is top-notch and the location is ideal.

The rooms are quite dated but very large and spacious. Location is great. Most of the front desk staff is nice.

We stayed here for a week here and it was too long. There is no housekeeping, we were only able to get our towels changed. There were cockroaches everywhere, including dead ones in the hallways and elevator, and we had several live ones in our room. They did come to spray when we complained but it was still pretty gross. The pool and gym are too small to really be of use.

The staff wasn't very helpful. There was no extra roll out bed. Most check out times in Nola are at least 11 if not 12. This checkout was a hard 1000 hours.

Not being able to get fresh towels or housekeeping. We were there for 4 days so our trash was pretty full.
