One of the worst hotel experiences we have had, and certainly one of the most disappointing considering we paid around £3,000 for 10 nights. The resort markets itself as a luxury all-inclusive experience, but our stay felt anything but luxurious. Restaurant and bar service was consistently terrible, the bed sheets were dirty, and we had food that did not seem fresh and left us feeling unwell. At this price and supposed standard, basic cleanliness, decent food and professional service should not even be something guests have to worry about. What made the experience even worse was the membership system. After paying around £3,000 for an all-inclusive holiday, we discovered that parts of the resort and beach were effectively off limits to us because we were not members. We did not feel the extent of these restrictions was made sufficiently clear when booking. It creates an unpleasant two-tier atmosphere where some paying guests are made to feel less important than others. The worst moment was when we tried to access one of the restricted areas and were told that security would be called on us. Being spoken to like that while you are a paying guest at a supposedly luxury resort is completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome and embarrassed. We were also frustrated by additional charges for things we reasonably expected from an all-inclusive resort. By the end of the stay, the words “all inclusive” felt very misleading compared with the experience we actually received. For £3,000, we expected an unforgettable holiday for the right reasons. Instead, we left feeling that we had massively overpaid for poor service, questionable cleanliness, disappointing food, restrictions and an atmosphere that made non-members feel like second-class guests. A beautiful-looking resort cannot compensate for the way guests are treated.

I loved the attentiveness of the staff from arrival to time we checked out. The facility and amenities were great. The nightly entertainment was nice as well.

Some of the restaurants need better food quality.

La chambre 4007 est un bon emplacement. La restauration est vraiment exceptionnelle. Les employés sont incroyablement efficaces...rigueur , sérieux, et professionnalisme a tout point. Un all exclusive digne de ce nom . Je viens de France et honnêtement les cocktails sont faits avec une rigueur déconcertante. Je pense que ce complexe a tout compris , je venais pour la première fois au Mexique et j'ai pas eu envie de sortir du complexe . Bravo messieurs et Alfredo au restaurant Mexicain...il est vraiment top.

J'ai vraiment tout apprécié si je devais relevé un point, c est la discothèque qui pour moi est pas a la hauteur . On dine des repas exceptionnels, on boit un petit cocktail au loggy bar préparé avec une classe déconcertante et ensuite quand on se dirige vers la fameuse discothèque, là javoue , il manque quelques choses...un détail a régler et votre complexe sera vraiment exceptionnelle. Je suis actuellement parti au Secrets tides a punta cana après le votre ... Soit disant plus luxueux , je vous cache pas que je prefere le votre

It was dirty even pillows,short of stuff and lifts were broken 5 days out of 8 days! If you didn’t have $ to tip the stuff you were not served as a customer and if you wanted to withdraw from the ATM machine you had to pay 20% commission. We were generous at the begining thinking we tip everyone at the beginning of our stay and we will be taken care of but that is not true so tip daily even as little as $1 works better than tip $20 at the beginning. There were so short in stuff that we had to wait for 30 min at the luv y for someone show us our room. After 9 hours flight they even didn’t bother to give us a welcome drink.
