It was dirty even pillows,short of stuff and lifts were broken 5 days out of 8 days! If you didn’t have $ to tip the stuff you were not served as a customer and if you wanted to withdraw from the ATM machine you had to pay 20% commission. We were generous at the begining thinking we tip everyone at the beginning of our stay and we will be taken care of but that is not true so tip daily even as little as $1 works better than tip $20 at the beginning. There were so short in stuff that we had to wait for 30 min at the luv y for someone show us our room. After 9 hours flight they even didn’t bother to give us a welcome drink.

The property and staff were amazing, I loved having a butler he made sure I was taken care of my made all my reservations. I LOVED that they are premium liquor options, that's not typically with all inclusives.

It was not a issues for me since I had no plans on leaving the property, but It is far from night life or outside dining.

Cuando llegue, el primer cuarto que me dieron tenia muchas areas de oportunidad, un olor horrible a humedad, encerrado y con falta de mantenimiento, un poco sucio, claras marcas de falta de mantenimiento y tardaron horas para brindarme una nueva habitacion aun despues de yo haber pagado un "upgrade".

Very clean. Staff were friendly and very professional. Great food and drinks. Beaches were pristine and comfortable - no seaweed and perfect sand. The excursion to Chichen Itza was fabulous. It was perfect except the excursion to Isla Mujeres.

The excursion to Isla Mujeres (made through you) was horrible. I was not aware that snorkeling was so limited. The first spot was not an option because I am over the age of 60. The second spot was very congested and did not appear to be safe with the number of boats in the space. I thought I could snorkel off the beach but they did not provide any services on the beach. In fact, the excursion dropped you off at a public overcrowded beach and left. There was very limited space to swim and no snorkeling options. It was busy with many little shops and locals constantly trying to sell you items. No one from the excursion company was there if there were any problems. For an upscale resort, I expected that you contracted with excursion companies that provided safe and matching high quality care. Very disappointed and a wasted day. I just waited for them to return and take me back to the resort.
