Very convenient location right next to Lotte mall and just across Myeongdong shopping street. Perfect for those who would like to have a convenient and quiet stay but also want to do night shopping. Room was very spacious, everything was excellent from amenities to bed and bathroom. You get exactly what you paid for, and it was worth it. Also, there were many staff at every corner and they were all very helpful throughout our stay. What I liked the most was that they had separate 'lower floors' and 'higher floors' elevators, that way you don't need to wait too long for the elevator. It was always quick to get an elevator, I was impressed.

The taxi stand was both for those getting a taxi called by the hotel and those who use ride-hailing service, which could be confusing to understand who was waiting for what. When there were many people standing at the stand, I didn't know where was the queue for taxi, and I didn't want to seem like I cut in the line, so I ended up using a ride-hailing service instead.
