When we mentioned it was our first time in Seoul, they upgraded our room (it was a very nice room. We were very happy to see Seoul Tower from the window). The location is excellent, breakfast is delicious, and it's very convenient being directly connected to Lotte Department Store. The staff is very friendly and professional.

We stayed at the hotel for eight nights in September 2026, and our stay was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable. Due to the length of our stay and the fact that we were traveling with several suitcases, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which we greatly appreciated. Both the room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, which is open for extended hours, as well as the Lobby Lounge, where meals and snacks are served. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Every member of staff, from the bellboys at the entrance and the reception team to the waiters, was friendly and professional. We would especially like to mention the wonderful housekeeper on the 20th floor, whose name we unfortunately forgot. She provided outstanding service, and our room was spotless every single day. The hotel itself is large, spacious, and very comfortable. If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would concern breakfast. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally rich, with an impressive variety and abundance of food, but much of the selection is naturally oriented toward Asian guests. We would recommend adding a wider selection of cheeses and perhaps a few more options catering to Western tastes. Apart from this small comment, everything was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
