Some issues - hard to fill jug and brush your teeth in basin, toilet a little awkward to sit on, floor not cleaned as often as it should have been and replacement cups and saucers and glasses not always changed everyday.
Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. Location was great, short walk to Darling Habour. Room was clean. Check out the rooftop pool!

The parking you have an agreement with is excessively expensive, I think a better rate could be accommodated the allowance as well to come and go from the parking as required not park and leave per day. In addition, the shower height needs to be adjusted, it was way too short for me and I couldn't fit under it.
