Shower over bath was unexpected and I was unable to get into the shower - edge was too high. Also toilet was compromised by the wall bump out to accommodate the bath of next room. Did not expect to have to request a room suitable for handicapped person just yet but maybe should have. This arrangement was not the same for all rooms judging by the floor plan.

Really enjoyed staying there , the price was good for the service. I would not pay more, if the price went up.

It was a Monday night , loads of people running around the hallways until 2am, Not enough information about where to park on the website

Single bed felt uncomfortable and oldish and the bathroom taps didn’t distinguish what was hot and cold. So spent a bit of time trying to get the water temperature right in shower . And no complimentary biscuits, nice to have with a beverage after a night out ☺️

Fantastic central location, within easy walking distance of the Metro and train station. Plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, including a fantastic Japanese restaurant directly opposite and a theatre showing The Lion King. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and welcoming, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed in a corner room on the 7th floor and, despite the busy location, couldn’t hear any outside noise whatsoever. A brilliant base for exploring Sydney!

The only disappointment was the WiFi, which was very poor and unreliable. As a business owner travelling internationally, having reliable internet access is important for keeping on top of work commitments. Unfortunately, the connection made this quite difficult. Definitely an area that could do with improvement. Otherwise, we couldn’t fault our stay!
