Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Most of the staff members were rude, unfriendly, and seemed to be in a bad mood. Only one male staff member was genuinely polite and treated us well. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the bedsheets felt as though they had not been properly washed between guests, which made us question the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was also disappointing, with poor-quality food and very few options. The selection was extremely limited, with cereal being one of the main options available. We stayed for nine days, and during our entire stay, our towels were never changed. Housekeeping was never offered, and nobody suggested cleaning our room. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and disappointing breakfast made our stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again.

The overnight clerk, and I believe she is management as well, was not very nice. I’m not sure if she needs a vacation or has just had a bad week. Edith was wonderful and so was the gentleman that was there. Thank you for your amazing service.

The rooms are great! They are big and lovely. Sure some of them look like they were used in the making of some 1970’s adult movies, but they are nice. TV’s are great.

They really have to get their cleaning game to a higher level. There was hair in the sink and the shower, yeah not good. They just need to do a a deep clean on all the rooms. Like a reset. This would help.

You should have printed information so that guests staying there would know the times. I say that because I was giving conflicting information from the front staff on the breakfast hours.

As a romantic place to say the on site construction needs to be complete. The ballroom or the lounge area was awesome and looked really fun to hang out in. Also, it would be cool if the swimming pool could be fixed. P.S. Add a photo edit tab
