Shared bathrooms, weak on towels, location in a kind of oddball area not that close to nicest areas.

The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop terrace with a nice atmosphere and views, which was definitely one of the highlights of the property.

Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were very disappointing, particularly the cleanliness and housekeeping standards. First, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also very repetitive, with very little variety and essentially the same options every morning. The biggest issue, however, was the housekeeping. I ordered room service, and the food was absolutely disappointing. Since the room was quite small, I had to eat on the bed, and a little burger juice accidentally got onto the bedsheets. The following day, I put out the housekeeping sign expecting the room to be cleaned and the sheets to be changed. Although the bed appeared to have been made, I discovered that the stained sheets had not been replaced. I reported this to reception, and they apologized and assured me that the sheets would be changed the following day. However, the exact same thing happened again. I had to call reception a second time, and someone was only sent to change the sheets approximately two hours later, at around 8:30 PM, when I was already settled in for the evening. Having to repeatedly chase housekeeping for something as basic as clean bedsheets is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleaning standards. I also constantly had to request basic necessities, including toilet paper, which should automatically be replenished during housekeeping. There was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room either, meaning we had to purchase it from the hotel bar or a nearby gas station. Finally, the location was another downside. The surrounding neighbourhood felt quite quiet and isolated, and it wasn’t particularly convenient for getting around or exploring central Barcelona on foot. Overall, the hotel fell short of the standards I would expect from a four-star property.

Asi clovek nezbohatne z jednoho rohliku a v teto cenove kategorii uz je opravdu standard jiny pristup a jednani. Fitko otevrene od 8:00, takze rannni cviceni nerealne😔

It’s like mutton dressed as lamb. Some renovations to upgrade. Bedroom floor can be quite slippery if just in socks. Carpets can be difficult for suitcases. If you’re tall your legs and feet may go over the size of the bed! I’m not tall and my toes were at the edge. Overall enjoyable.
