Me and my boyfriend loved the facilities, the hotel is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is good and safe and close to the main beaches. It is not close to tourist attractions, but we had no problems getting there quickly. The hotel rooftop has a great vibe and the service is excellent, maybe my only complaint is that it closes so early because we didn't want to leave ahahah. We ordered room service on the first night, and I also recommend it.

Didn’t feel like all the staff at the reception was quite friendly and helpful, my room key wasn’t activated properly when I arrived. I got up to 4th floor and had to go downstairs with all my luggage again because the key didn’t work. As to 1 hour free daily access to spa, it’s nice to have, but considering the facilities there is nothing to do during 1 hour. For me 20 minutes were enough. The indoor pool is very small and overcrowded, the water was too warm.
