The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the location was excellent- close to everything I wanted to do. This fire was really lovely, but very small.And if there were more than four people in the hot tub , you had to wait.

The inside bolt didn't work on the room that gave me first , which had a pretty good view. Then they moved me in to a room on a floor lower , which had twin beds , and the t v , kept turning off. The spa area didn't seem to be cleaned up very often.In the floor got very wet, which made it slippery and not great to walk in the slippers they gave you with the robe.

As a solo traveller, I chose this hotel based on its proximity to the bus stop, as I arrived and left very early morning. I felt very safe here. The room was small and basic but comfortable. It got a little hot at night, even with the thermostat switched off. The Sky bar was lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too.

At almost €200/night, I found this expensive for such a small room but I guess that’s standard for Iceland.

Herbergið var pínulítið, sjónvarpið virkaði stopult og slökkti stundum á sér. Herbergið sneri út á götu - þar sem voru mjög mikil læti, sérstaklega snemma um morgunin. Einnig voru mjög mikil læti í herberginu beint fyrir ofan okkur.

La posizione di sicuro è uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel, ti ritrovi al centro del paese e hai tutte le comodità a portata di mano, la vista. Personale corretto, gentile, disponibile, capiscono le difficoltà anche della lingua, bravi!

Il bagno dell'hotel e la colazione. Partendo dal primo, troppo piccolo e docce che mentre la fai bagni completamente tutto il resto del bagno e diventa inagibile data l'acqua che si accumula non avendo un piatto doccia presente, la colazione l'unica cosa che recrimino a questo hotel è il fatto che nella nostra colazione inclusa, non è presente la possibilità di fare un cappuccino, se lo vuoi lo devi pagare a parte, ma almeno dico inserite una di quelle macchine automatiche come sono presenti in tutto il resto degli Hotel.
