Everything was phenomenal from check in to check out. Staff were exceptional and kind. The room was spotless and clean. The Spa was relaxing and cozy. Perfect after a long day of outings or walking around town. The bar was perfect for winding down with an exceptional view of Harpa Concert Hall and the water.

The only small thing to comment and I can only speak for our room, but one side of the mattress was broken in to where you could almost feel the base. Nothing major. We switched sides nightly because we like laying on our sides.

The room lacked ventilation. It was stuffy. The shower was a bit awkward to use.

Location was great for walking and taking a bus. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and easy to access. The ability to store our bags because of an early arrival was good and our room was ready earlier than expected.

Extremely small room with an unusual shower setup. Location was on the second floor without much of a view except for a parking lot. The rooftop Sky Lounge was small and loud, and we were told that we could only have a table for an hour. The room was extremely expensive - not a great value.
