The Palms casino was separate from the palms Place. I didn’t realize it was separate until I checked in.

I went to go take a shower and I had nothing but cold water. I also had a lot of troubles with getting this room. I first got a key that didn't work in the elevator took that back they gave me a different key that worked took it to a room and I got a room that was still under construction things were everywhere so I had to go back down again and finally after a while of waiting was reassigned another room first they told me it would be a long wait but then I told them I didn't understand what the holdup was. It was late and I really just wanted to get into a room. Finally she said I can give you this room but it'd be $20 extra a night for the balcony. I told her I didn't care but at the same time I thought with all this trouble $20 for one night that I'm staying should be waived but I didn't mention that to them. It just seemed like a lot for $20 and again the room was beautiful once I got in it was very comfortable and everything was nice until I went to go shower.

The Pictures advertised balcony. Both balcony doors were locked! Staff would not unlock them and did not offer any other option. Amd did not respond to my email or messages semt thru booking

Clean comfortable. Parking is free & easy if you have a car but valet is available. Every room has a jacuzzi tube & bathroom is as good as you’ll find in Vegas. Best value in Vegas considering the quality of room.

Check in was only issue. Waited 30 minutes for room to be made up. If checking in after 430, should be no issue.
