Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness7.4
Mixed reports: several guests praised cleaned rooms and overall cleanliness, but multiple complaints about sour/mop water smell in lobby, dust on headboards/baseboards and roaches in the dining hall lowered sentiment.
- Service9.4
Strong positive mentions of friendly, helpful staff and good interaction with guests (smooth check-in/out in some cases); negatives were slow check-in at times and maintenance not resolving some issues, but overall staff service was frequently highlighted positively.
- Location9.4
Frequently praised: beach access and convenient location (including proximity to airport) and good resort setting; a few noted villas were a long walk for some guests, but location sentiment is broadly positive.
- Room Quality6.8
Several specific room problems: broken bed/two beds pushed together, non-working safe, intermittent running toilet, non-working TV, outdated furniture and dust—overall room quality sentiment is notably negative.
- Amenities7.8
Good variety of restaurants, many bars and entertainment praised, but negatives include no room service in many units, limited transport to distant rooms, pool/beach access restricted after 6 pm, and shows/music not matching all guest preferences.
- Value for Money7.6
Mixed: some guests felt satisfied and would recommend, others expected more for the price (complaints about repetitive food, watered-down drinks and extra charges like paid laundry) leading to below-target value sentiment.
- Food and Beverage9.0
Many positives: good breakfast, large buffet, varied restaurant options and generally excellent food; negatives include watered-down drinks, reservations required at some venues and a reported hygiene issue (roaches) affecting perception.
- Overall Experience9.0
Overall stays described as enjoyable with multiple guests saying they'd return or recommending the resort, celebrating anniversaries, and praising staff/food; operational and room issues tempered some stays but overall experience sentiment skews positive.
