The room was fantastic, spacious and had everything. A room mix up was resolved, which was really appreciated. Rashid on front desk is a gentleman and Aziz in the restaurants was great, they and all staff were so helpful, Rashid even located my missing cardigan! Looking forward to coming back already!

The room needs a complete over hall, cracked mirror, writing desk cracked glass top. wardrobe door can not be opened due to table in the way. bathroom, no hand rail in shower floor slippery and nothing to hold on to. taps in sink not working.

The wifi did not work for ne in tbe room. And they only supplied drinking water for the first day.
