The staff are really friendly, especially Rachid and Mustapha are amazing. The hotel has a good location and very clean rooms that are big and well decorated.

First of all, the friendliness of the staff at the reception and especially the staff of the restaurant, Karma, who is always available to satisfy us, especially at breakfast. When we are at the pool, he brings us our snacks directly, which is very pleasant. The hotel is quiet.

A bit too far from Jemaa el-Fna square. It's a pity that when we leave at 6:20, we cannot have a little coffee prepared by the night watchman.
Really good hotel very close to the main railway station of Marrakech. Clean and comfortable room with a lovely pool and great free wifi.

The breakfast might be better. It was abundant but the variety and quality of meals might be improved. During the check-out, we were not supported by the receptionist to call for a taxi to the airport, and we had to take another one directly from the street.
