Avis des voyageurs

The staff were fantastic, couldn't ask for better service. I found the self laundry service very helpful too.

It didn't really feel like a 4* hotel. It felt very dated, the room was quite small. We were 'upgraded' to a family room from two double rooms and honestly it felt like a downgrade. The bathroom was in the master bedroom so I couldn't sleep well as people had to go through my room to use the bathroom at night.

The room is too small

Buffet breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and well designed. Didn't feel cramped at all. Staff were friendly and approachable. There is a gym and self serve laundry facilities on site should you need to do some laundry whilst travelling. Close to the Olympic mtr. Hotel shuttle bus is available to various locations which you can check at reception. I wanted extra pillows and they were delivered promptly to the room.

Nothing to add here.
