Room is very comfortable and has almost everything that is needed. Location is only few minutes away from Olympic MTR station, other MTR stations of other MTR line are not that far from the hotel either. Hotel is very accommodating to requests. They provided portable hand-held bidet for the room when I requested it since most establishments in HK do not have bidets.

Although the laundry basket in the lounge is a good feature, it would still be great to have a laundry bag in each room. I wish that the payment for the laundry has an option to pay through credit card or debit card, it only has the option to pay with octopus card. The TV could have more English channel options. Overall, these few concerns is very minor and still did not affect the stay badly.
