I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I have to say that from the very beginning, I noticed how kind and welcoming the entire team was. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, i was sick..and the staff took such wonderful care of me, helping me and making me feel looked after from beginning to end. I felt truly comfortable and cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The restaurant was also very good! I especially appreciate the fact that they use glass bottles and water dispensers, as Indonesia faces a major plastic pollution problem. It’s wonderful to see hotels making more conscious choices. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is so peaceful and relaxing, and the room was beautifully prepared and very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything and for making me feel so well taken care of during a difficult time. I’m truly grateful!

Room facilities are old. Balcony door couldn't lock. Room cleanliness need improvement. Bathroom not clean well. Provided amenities like toothbrush needs to be requested. There's only warm water for shower and not Hot water.
