Room facilities are old. Balcony door couldn't lock. Room cleanliness need improvement. Bathroom not clean well. Provided amenities like toothbrush needs to be requested. There's only warm water for shower and not Hot water.

Central location.

Central location.

Western coffee with the buffet would be good even if it was just brewed coffee.

I stay in hotels 300+ nights a year, and in Ibis properties 100+ nights a year. I try to be positive and most of my reviews are 4 stars, but I was very disappointed with this property during my recently concluded 9-day stay. The WiFi in my room was horrendous. It would shut down, 10 times an hour. It would just go off for 5 seconds, but I lost an important video call, and several items were deleted during internet drops. The WiFi would click off 3 times in 5 minutes! I work remotely, so in-room internet is the most important factor for me. I reported it to the front desk, but they showed no interest. The WiFi is reliable in the lobby, but I cannot conduct business from the lobby. Please get a vacuum cleaner and vacuum the hallways. The cleaning, or lack thereof, on my floor was atrocious. Occasionally, someone would use a whisk broom and dustbin, but no vacuuming. There were bits of food, safety pins, cellophane wrappers, bits of paper on the floor for days, in the same spot, and no one cleaned them up. This is very poor. Pick up the dirty food plates in the hallway. My neighbor left their dirty plates outside the door- see photo- as I check out, it is 28 hours since the plates were put out. Dozens of hotel staff have passed, and the plates remain there. This is terrible staff training, and unsanitary. Invest in a coffee machine in the dining room. Your breakfast guests will appreciate it. The coffee powder and hot water being offered is a poor substitute. An addendum to #4. I am Accor Platinum. Therefore, I am entitled to a complimentary cup of quality coffee from the bar, at each breakfast. Nobody told me this. I wish they had! I was never told this at check in. I was never told this each morning, when the hostess took my room number. Don’t get money exchanged at the airport, it’s a rip-off. They keep 11%. There is an excellent exchange, named, Cash X Change, in the intersection, 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Exit to the right. When you reach the major intersection, at the roundabout, there’s a coffee shop on the right, named Kopi Kenangan, with a huge heart as its logo. Directly adjacent to the coffee shop, on the right, is the money exchange. They charge 1.5%. Across the street from Kopi Kenangan is a KFC, if you desire western style food. The real gem is J.Co, exit right from the hotel, 2nd lot on the right, only 30m is J.Co, an extremely pleasant place to have coffee and a pastry. Top-notch! But getting back to the hotel, it was a huge disappointment.
