Pensamos que tenia parking incluido pero se paga a parte. Tenia horno pero ninguna fuente para poder usarlo. Faltaban algunas cosas basicas de cocina

Very nice attentive staff. My special early request for a very quiet room location was acknowledged and the room was excellent. The evening "happy hour" service was a nice touch.

It was difficult to adjust and maintain a steady proper temperature for the shower water. I understand the age of this hotel, and made it work.

Shower was horrendous (couldnt get temperature) and raddles the pipes and very loud (could be due to old building). Our sink tap was screwed off so tight we couldn't undo to use it. The window was left open before the check in and keys given to us, and the whole room smelt of marijuana.

The room was really spacious and comfortable, and the hotel has a charming retro feel. Breakfast and the afternoon buffet were very basic, but the croissants were good.

The area isn’t the best, as the hotel is right on the edge of Tenderloin. The windows are very thin, so there’s quite a bit of street noise at night.
