Skrev och klagade på att det fanns mat som luktade illa i kylen, att det fanns sopor på golvet, en fläck på fåtöljen som jag fick ta bort. Matresterna gick jag ner till receptionen, fick inte ens en ursäkt. Har inte hört något om mitt klagomål.

El frío en la habitación era increíble. Solicitamos si podían cambiarnos la temperatura, ya que era imposible dormir así y nos dijeron que todo iba centralizado y no se podía subir más de cierto límite. La solución de un chico (poco amable sinceramente, que en todo rato llevaba un tono burlón) fue ir a buscar con él un radiador o calefactor eléctrico y teníamos que devolvérselo llevándoselo a recepción, que por cierto nos dijo que no podíamos usarlo toda la noche. De resto otras dos chicas que nos atendieron, fenomenal.

Amazing place with good stuff. Very kind and caring stuff. Girls on the reception make me laugh first time after very depressed situations what had happened just before I arrived. Cleaner from Ukraine was very friendly and she help me to get fresh towel and explain where to throw garbage in case if I need. Also a little bit supports me, because we both came from the same situation so understand each other. I truly recommend this place for the weekend to relax and refresh your energy,or for a long stay, if you come for work. Thank you.

Maalesef konaklamamız bizim için bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Otele gelmeden bir hafta önce e-posta ile, giriş sırasında ise tekrar hatırlatmamıza rağmen kahvaltı ile ilgili taleplerimiz dikkate alınmadı.” Kahvaltı hizmeti son derece özensizdi ve beklentilerimizin çok altındaydı. Yiyecekler kâğıt poşetlerde ve küçük plastik kaplarda, oldukça yetersiz miktarlarda sunuldu. Ekmekler bayattı ve genel olarak kalite ile özen eksikliği açıkça hissediliyordu. Ödediğimiz fiyata karşılık çok daha profesyonel, düşünceli ve misafirlere değer veren bir hizmet bekliyorduk. Bunun yerine misafirlerin memnuniyeti için neredeyse hiç çaba gösterilmediğini hissettik. Genel olarak kahvaltı hizmeti kabul edilemez düzeydeydi ve otel hakkındaki izlenimimizi ciddi şekilde olumsuz etkiledi
