Was a new and fresh apartment hotel with a perfectly fine kitchen and a good bedroom. The location might be a bit off, but it depends on what you're there for. Now the tram stops right outside the entrance, so that's a plus if you need public transportation. Breakfast was picked up at the reception in the morning. We thought it was perfectly fine. We will surely stay there again.
