Majutusasutusse sisenemiseks ja toa ukse avamiseks edastati meile juhised rakenduse allalaadimiseks ja kasutamiseks. Kahjuks ei õnnestunud rakenduse kaudu sisenemine ning tekkinud probleemi lahendamiseks ei olnud võimalik infotoega ühendust saada, kuna kell 21.00 ei vastanud keegi meie kõnedele ega päringutele. Olime sunnitud ootama majutusasutuse ukse taga ligikaudu 30 minutit, enne kui õnnestus kellegagi ühendust saada ja vajalikku abi saada. Selline olukord oli väga ebameeldiv ning tekitas majutusasutusse sissepääsemisel põhjendamatuid takistusi. Loodame, et pöörate sellele probleemile tähelepanu ning tagate edaspidi, et külalistel oleks vajadusel võimalik kiiresti abi saada, eriti olukorras, kus majutusasutusse sisenemise süsteem ei toimi.

В целом все неплохо, единственное доступ через ключ-приложение не всем подходит, у меня проблем не возникло, а вот пожилая семейная пара из соседнего номера никак не могла разобраться , хорошо я им помог.
