Shower was luke warm at best, with very low pressure. Aircon thermostat was broken, so it's either freezing or you have to turn it off. We ordered food and drinks to room. This took 1.5hrs to come, and they also forgot items i specifically requested. Breakfast was really limited considering we paid 200euro per night for a room: no meat aside from bacon, stale pastries, powdered hot chocolate... It felt more like a medium-classy hostel stay. Honestly, I much preferred our stay at the holiday inn in cebu. We will not go back to this makati holiday inn.

Pricey for my family member on peak season

I love this property. It is in the heart of Makati. It is easy to get to. There’s so much to do in that area. The wholesale staff knows me by my first name and always agrees to me and shakes my hand. I wouldn’t stay any other location I’ve been staying here for many years for my number one place.
