No labels 🏷️ on the breakfast or dinner buffet tables or anything to make sure people don’t eat the wrong food. I’m GF gluten free so when you ask all you get is a strange look. Not a good place if you’re one of the 10 percent of the population.

You arrive after a long journey and are immediately confronted at check-in: 'Sir, you have not booked breakfast, would you like to add that now?' 'Sorry, I'm not in the mood to answer difficult questions, may I please go to my room?' It's more of a business hotel than a leisure hotel. There is a pool but I ended up using it very little.
