Fizemos a reserva e o pagamento e quando chegamos de madrugada o funcionário disse que a casa que haviamos reservado não estava disponível e que podernos dar quartos separados , mas afinal a casa estava , so que infelizmente o jardim em frente a varanda não estava em condições e vista que a casa tinha não estava como nas fotos
We really enjoyed the room, especially traveling with a baby and other kids, it was really spacious and had everything we needed. The staff on the property were also amazing, always friendly and made the stay really enjoyable.

The kids play area was kinda sad, it really needs some work.

The suite was perfect for the 5 of us. It was a short walk to the lodge for the restaurants and we could see some wildlife from our suite. The watering hole view from the lodge restaurants was amazing and there was usually elephants or other wildlife drinking there. They came 3 times a day to our room, 1 to clean and make the beds, 2 to fill up the complimentary minibar and 3 to turn down the bed and put the mosquito net out on the bed. The staff - all of them - were very friendly and wanted to do whatever they could to make you happy. Very pleasant stay and lots to do in the surrounding area.

Had a rodent of some kind living behind the cabinets. They did their best to take care of it. It only came out at night and we didn’t know what kind of mouse/rat or other critter it was. We are very n Africa and there is wildlife everywhere so it really didn’t bother us.

The grounds in the hotel are beautiful - we would walk back and forth from the main lodge to the suite and would run into monkeys, moongooses, etc. The pool area and bar/restaurant overlooks a waterhole - in less than 15 minutes of arriving we saw wharthogs, elephants, giraffes, zebras and impalas. It was insane. The decor is fun and kids loved it! the suites are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff is wonderful!

The food is not great, wish they could improve on consistency. The pool doesn't have a lot of sitting area/loungers - but there is a big deck next to it in the sun was always empty. They could move those tables out and get more sun loungers there and that problem would be easily solved.
